Good morning everyone,
I started having a problem with my Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition Keyboard, yesterday morning I used it without problems and then at night when I used my PC again I noticed that the "razer synapse" program was updated and at the time of Doing so left my keyboard unconfigured (the RGB didn't work and some keys didn't work). I left it aside because I had work, after a few hours I wanted to check it, the keyboard showed no signs of life other than some LEDs on but with a very low brightness and none of the keys worked. Today I tried to test it again and this time the keys work, what doesn't work is the RGB (on some keys) and the entire lower part of the keyboard (ctrl, windows key, space, shift, etc.)
edit: the keyboard is not recognized by the razer synapse
Any idea what I can do?
