I bought kitty kraken headset for 3 times not only once and each time it never last a year, it gets disconnect and reconnect idk why, especially when someone online talks loud. Does anybody know why? Or have a solution?

that usually means its out of charge but if its wired it usually due to poor condition and treatment if you have been dropping the headset or fiddling with the cord that could mean you have pulled or snapped the wires in the headset. but if its Bluetooth its usually because you get to far away or there is to many Bluetooth devices around or just there is something blocking the signal to connect I would suggest getting a different headset or a wired version if it isn't already.
I’m having this problem too and this is the second set that I’ve owned. I bought this one because I love the aesthetic and the way the headset looks. I also saw on another forum that maybe (for my first headset) the batch I got was faulty. It worked great for a bit… maybe a year? Now the popping/disconnecting and reconnecting is happening again. I don’t manhandle my headset. It just sits at my PC set up when I’m not using it.
