The past few days that I’ve had my kitty krakens, they’ve charged perfectly fine with the charging cable in the same exact spot. It didn’t blink red, but gave a solid red light when on the charging port and it would be fully charged in the morning.

Now, it’s suddenly blinking red when on the charger and it isn’t charging at all. 

Are my headphones acting faulty? Do I need to warranty them out? If I need to warranty them out, Is it possible to simply get a refund and get a different headset? This one isn’t particularly advertised well, as I thought they would be able to handle both gaming and discord at the same time, and they can’t. Thanks.
