my Kiyo doesn't focus. MF and AF does nothing

I did try everything the peopel told me and nothing worked. I don't know what more is needed to be done. OBS and synapse don't get the focus of the camera fixed. I already did the latest fimware update. It is also getting unnormal temperatures as soon as I plug it in (also when it is not in use). I need help with this, i see a lot of people have this problem but they always got cantac from somebody from suport so i hope someone in suport system could help me.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Does the issue happen with OBS only? Have you tried reinstalling Razer Synapse 3.0 and ensure to Have you contacted our Support Team via email?
