My Kiyo worked for nearly a year then all of a sudden my mac does not recognize it nor does my windows PC.
The light on the camera remains on and I cannot turn it off no matter what I do. Iv’e tried just about everything all of the forums have suggested to try - But no matter what I have done/do - I cannot get my computer to reconize the camera.
If someone could help with this issue - it would be greatly appreciated
