My Kraken Kitty Quartz keep disconnecting
My Kraken Kitty Quartz will disconnect at random times and honestly I am not sure why. When it disconnect it will make a popping sound then disconnect all my audio. It will then reconnect but it is such a bother since this will happen when I am just listening to music or in game. At first I thought it was because it didn't receive enough power and I got a stronger power supply but it is still happening. Any ideas on what it can be?

MarvelletPlease check if the issue happens while the headset is connecting to another USB port or computer with or without a Razer Synapse 3.0 installed to isolate the issue. Otherwise, its a possible hardware issue. You may contact the replace where you purchase the headset and request a warranty claim. I’ll be locking this thread now.
