My kraken te isn’t being detected

When I first bought i had this problem but then i restarted my pc and it installed the drivers and worked fine. However now it’s stopped being detected by my pc again after the power went out in my house. I’ve tried restarting my pc and reinstalling synapse but it still wouldn’t work. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
