Yes as the title says whenever my laptop is connected to Razer Viper 8khz it randomly freeze for few seconds then comes back to normal (usually happens in load like in games and photoshop). Same mouse works fine in other systems and my laptop works fine with other mice. Can anyone help?

Is it in 8kHz mode? Did you’ve tried 1kHz?
