my laptop is making a noise :(

It's a razer blade 2017 which has had the battery replaced twice due to bloating issues. Then it started making this noise whenever I put any load onto my gpu. It's not even that heavy gaming I think? I play things like ffxiv, genshin and valheim. The first battery replacement never gave me this problem. But after the second replacement, it started sounding like this.
It's out of warranty so I already opened it up to check and the fans are clean and the vent is not blocked. I don't know what's wrong. I bought it in Singapore, but now I am overseas in Germany for my studies and I don't know if I can go to a razor repair centre since it was not bought in Germany. Please help :(

It sounds like the fans are either catching onto something inside the laptop, or it came off the bearing. As far as I know, our Repair Centers do not take walk-in clients. That said, I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. PM me the serial number so I can get things rolling.
