I just got this headset, when I went to try it out, my mic wasn't working and then the audio stopped working I've tried about anything on the internet and I'm starting to lose my shi because how hard is it to set up a freaking headset???? my laptop is just not detecting anything and I don't know what to do, any help would bemuch apprecieted...
