My Laptop isnt returning from "Repair"

Hi,

Needing some help on what to do. I sent my Razer blade 15 for repair. 

I was told it would take 3 days however it’s been 4 weeks. I’ve spoke to them multiple times and I keep getting told it will be sent to me in 24-48 hours yet it never happens.  I’ve contacted them about 10 times and it’s always the same lie just re worded.

 

I need help
