My left CTRL key is not working sometimes

Hello I purchased Razerwindow v3 tenkeyless Keyboard. it was expensive one. But left CTRL key is not working sometimes. I am a programmer, so I use that key many times. L-CTRL key is not working once a minute or 30 seconds, randomly. I am not sure why. the other keyboards work well. I tested. only this keyboard doesn't work well. Could you tell me the reason?

Curious to know if you got this fixed?

A week after warranty my left ctrl is unresponsive mostly.

I will restart my pc and it will work for a few minutes then is unresponsive.

Same here, sent the keyboard for a repair since some keys were also doublestroking sometimes, ctrl key is still unresponsive. I have found data here but i still havent got my keyboard back, maybe you can try this ? Please let me know if it worked. Thanks ! (its the last reply on the reddit post)

It is extremely curious that this also happened to me a few weeks or months after the warranty expired on my Blackwidow v3 tkl yellow switches, coincidence ?
