My manual mouse calibration reverts to default when I exit synapse

I’ve had a basilisk v3 for over a year and I’ve been having issues with my mouse jittering and stuttering randomly, and I was able to fix this by doing a manual calibration of my mousepad and increasing the surface distance. The thing is, when I first got my mouse and went into synapse to configure the basic stuff I wanted such as the buttons and smart-reel and dpi, I uninstalled the app because having it installed and opened all the time, even opened in the background, takes up way too much processing and memory and stuff from my computer. All of those settings were still working after uninstalling because (I’m assuming) they were saved to the profile and saved onto the device itself. The problem is, with the new calibration I set, even if I just click on exit in the top right of synapse, my mouse  immediately reverts back to the default calibration tracking/surface distance, once again giving me the problems. Is there any way I can keep my manual calibration and save it to the mouse itself so that I can uninstall synapse once again?
