Hi, I just got the razer kraken v3 pro and for some reason the mic pick up the ingame audio even while being mute or unpluged. I don't know what to do.

    Does the problem persist in both wireless and wired setups? Try updating the Synapse app so it can fetch new drivers and updates for your device. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other steps to help you further. Thanks!
