My mouse can not assign macro

I use Synapse 3 and my Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition can not assign some macro with Loop and Macro Groups. Simple macro without Loop and Macro Groups work normal. I checked that my mouse work Synapse 3. I use Window10. I tried that macro on keyboard and it work normal. It says that it requires Razer Synapse, but im on it right now. https://imgur.com/a/zuSn5H6

    This is an example of one of my macros. https://imgur.com/a/r3oleVL I reinstall it and it keep saying the same thing. I check that Razer Syn 3 should support my mouse, or maybe my mouse don't just support the Macro Group and Loop.

    Thanks for the reply. Were you trying to save it to the onboard memory? You should still be able to save keystroke and mouse button function based macro into the Lancehead TE. Macros that have "Type Text, Run command, Loop, or Macro Group" need Synapse to be running and thus cannot be saved to the onboard memory. Let me know if you have any questions.
