Dear razer support.
I cannot connect the device to synapes 4 which leads to not detected mouse,cannot optimize my mouse and most importantly my poling rate is 125 hz and i cannot change it to 1000hz for better gaming. Do you have any solution or giving the synapes 3 download, bacause google said razer essential rz01-0385 can only be used on razer synapse 3.
