My mouse is bugged and i dont know what to do

I recently bought an Razer Basilisk V3 in australia, and I brought it back to me in the U.S. I bought it so i could play minecraft, and coding. When i play minecraft, i move the cursor side to side. When i move the cursor side to side, my cursor suddenly does a 360. I dont know what to do.

Hi ​@sadracodingstar,

Is this issue only occurring in Minecraft, or does it happen in other games as well?  For now, please test the game in Full Screen Mode. If there’s no noticeable improvement, send me a PM with the serial number of your Basilisk V3 so I can check if there are any applicable firmware updates or fixes.
