I have a Basilisk ultimate and for some reason today it just started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting constantly, started after downloaded synapse 4 but I don't think that's really a problem since the mouse worked perfectly yesterday.
And this issue is there whether my mouse is connected to my pc via the wire or with the dongle
I have already tried updating my firmware and also uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it but the issue still persists, and I don't really know what else to do
Please help😅🙏
