My mouse razer viper 8khz is stucked in razer bootload

A day ago my mouse started to fail, I tried to disconnect-connect , but it made the situation worse. When I connected the mouse the light didn't light and the mouse wasn't detected, I tried to restart it but it didn't make any change, Idk what can I do because the mouse is in perfect conditions, the only fail is that the mouse doesn't work and it doesn't restart, I saw a reddit and post in this site about a man that solved it with some special drivers, I tried to install the drivers of my mouse but it didn't make any difference, if one razer helper could help me I will be happy

Thanks for sharing your concern here. To further isolate the issue please try to perfom the trouble shooting below:

1. Repair Synapse. How to repair Razer Synapse 3
2. Reinstall Synapse 3. How to gather Razer Synapse logs from a PC
3. Reinstall your mouse driver. How to uninstall the mouse drivers 

I would like to know if you're able to replicate the issue on another PC or laptop. If possible to record the issue on video, kindly send me a short recording for us to have visibility of the issue. Also, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.
