Hi!
My Mamba 5G Elite’s scroll wheel stopped working. It randomly started moving freely, and it wont scroll up or down. (The Repeat Scroll buttons when pushing the scroll wheel side to side still work.) I tried compressed air and I checked keybinds on Synapse.
Any ideas on how to fix?
Did you ever find a solution to this. I’ve reinstalled synapse, air compressed it, and run software to thoroughly check that it isn’t a software issue. Is there a simple way to fix the hardware issue without taking it apart and voiding the warranty?
