could You please help with my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse, after firmware update the moving sensor dooesn’t work, all button working but without any cursor movement.The problem persist via BT and radio. The mouse was checked on four diffrerent devices and the problem is the same. SN of my device:
Is it possible to do a firmware downgrade?

Thank you for sharing your concern here regarding your mouse’s sensor issue. Regarding your question about downgrading the firmware, unfortunately, it is not possible to roll back or downgrade the mouse firmware once the update has been applied.
To help me understand what might have caused this specific issue, could you please send me a PM and let me know what prompted you to update the firmware? Also, I have edited your post and removed your device's serial number for security purposes.
