Hi, my mouse details:
Model number: RZ01-0255
Product number: RZ01-02550100

I attempted to submit a support request on the Razer website but encountered an issue when entering my serial number. It simply states that it cannot be recognised. Currently, I’m unable to locate this model within the Razer Synapse macOS version. However, it was previously verified on Windows using Razer Synapse. Given this discrepancy, I’m seeking guidance on how to resolve this problem.

Could you post a photo of the bottom of the mouse - connected to PC ofc.

Hello there, @NinhGhoster!

Here’s the complete list of Razer Synapse for Mac supported and compatible devices. Just click here. Not all devices are fully compatible with Synapse for Mac.

Thanks for your response but I’m not sure which model my mouse is. Is it Razer Viper V1? My second question is, it works fine on the Windows app, so why don’t you make it functional on MacOS?

There are three pieces of information: the serial number, the model number, and the product number. Both the model number and the product number are provided on the main post.
