I have a razer viper ultimate with charging dock as well as other mices. My razer mouse randomly stops moving when I start the PC, and to fix it I always have to restart the PC and then I works again perfectly for like one day or two. Have you guys an idea of what it could be ? Thanks for the help
Tried different ports in PC? Is it directly connected to motherboard? And the port is at least USB 3.0 (or above)?
yes I checked plugging it into a different port. I used it for like 1 month and then it started bugging
