My Naga Epic Chroma Will Not Go into Sleep Mode.

So, i have a naga epic chroma, this is my third one due to me being dumb and this one has lasted a long time. For a whole now, this mouse refuses to go into its sleep mode. When i go to change the duration of inactivity required on synapse, the setting never saves. I always set it to one minute and when i relaunch synapse or change pages in synapse it never stats at 1 minute. Ive reinstalled it many times and that hasnt worked. P.S. Why is it literally impossible to contact someone at razer about this via the support page? I wouldnt care much if it said somewhere that i could not contact support for this issue but it just tells me to come here or to the knowledge base before contacting support, which i cannot do regardless. The support page is atrocious.
