My Naga Trinity disconnects when I move too fast

My grandmother gave me her Naga Trinity because my Basilisk V2 is dead.
When I plugged it into my, a few moments later, my mouse disconnects almost every time I move it too fast.
In addition, it also happens that my keyboard blocks the ctrl, shift, and alt key.
I searched on the internet but I didn’t find any solution, is there a way for me to save this mouse because I don’t have the money to buy another one?
