Cannot use the mouse at all. It keeps reconnecting constantly.
- It’s connected directly to the motherboard.
- I’ve tried different USB ports and tested other devices. USB ports are fine.
- I can’t try another PC because I don’t have one.
I tried to find some sort of live chat with Razer or a way to contact someone since I bought the mouse 3 months ago, but their interface is terrible.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Were you able to contact support?
