My Nari ultimate will not turn on
So a couple of days ago I turned on my headset and I let it sit for a while and it turned off and then when I went to turn it back on it would not turn on. I have also tried charging with different cables but when I plug in the charger no lights turn on. How can I get it to turn on?

Try to leave it for an hour or so plugged into a power source before retesting the device. Does the headset still work when you use the AUX cable?
Yes the headset works when ever I use the AUX cable. I have left my device sit for over multiple hours and it still has no lights on the headset
