My new blackshark v2 x didn't come with activation code

i dint see it in the box and i bought it brand new from walmart the s/n is (removed for security purposes)

Hey there, ​@Qytil 

I understand that you purchased the product brand new from Walmart but did not find the activation code in the box.

For eligible products, you will need to register the device to your Razer ID account, and the activation code will be sent to the email address associated with the registered account. 

Once you have the activation code, follow the detailed instructions below to activate and use 7.1 Surround Sound.

  1. Download the 7.1 Surround Sound software.

  2. Run the 7.1 Surround Sound installer.

  3. Click “INSTALL”.

  4. Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app when the installation is completed.

  5. Log in with your Razer ID.

  6. Enter the activation code that came with your purchase.

    If you need help activating a code, see the answer below for more details.

Click “ACTIVATE”.
