I placed an order on 23rd August 2023 for a Razer Opus. I got a confirmation e-mail. However, the order doesn’t appear in my Order History. The Order Status link in the confirmation e-mail doesn’t work. It seems impossible to contact customer support. I’m very frustrated. Could someone help please? How can I speak to a Razer representative about my order?
