I ordered a Razer Blade 15 on last Friday, July 3rd, and the payment was successfully processed, but this morning, July 6th, I received an email from Razer said I need to provide my bank authorization code, which can only be obtained by asking from a representative from bank, to verify my payment information. I called the bank and the representative said if there was no blocked payment they could not provide the code to me. I tried to called the Razer customer service but no one answer the phone after I waited 1 hour. So now the situation is my money is gone and the order can't be shipped. Who knows how to deal with this problem? Really Need Some Help Here!
