My paper weight Advanced 15 3080.

I bought a brand new advanced 15 3080 in December 2021, and all I've had since day-1 is constant screen flickering. Support has told me to play my games at a lower refresh rate, that fixes the issues, but I didn't pay 3k to play at 60hz. What can I do as if I cannot fix and play at 240hz I will section 75 it.
