my payment is done but transaction is failed

I have done a transaction of Rs.8135 but the secne happened is that like i have a payment meathod of upi when I continue with upi payment it showed me lots of upi aps choices like google pay paytm phone pay and firstly i used paytm to pay but the payment payment is got failed due to my bank server is low but then I redirected to the payment wating page of razer gold then i press cancel ( i have not canceled ) the whole trasction i only have canceled the paytm 
Transaction because the paytm payment was failed then in the same transaction of Razer gold i have clicked the 2nd option in the same transaction of razer gold which is google pay then i tried to pay with g pay and the payment is successful got done and at razer gold payment page it alse showed the same payment is done and after that payment page of razer gold is redirecting me to the website again and in the website the transaction is got failed and the gold is not received to me or even not any type of refund given to me i have put to many complaints againt this case and this is not the first time i am facing this issue this is the 2nd time , earlier i also have faced issue of the transaction done on 13 April payment of rs.410 that money is also not refunded to me i have done soo many compaint against it even I called Customer support like 40-50 times now no one listend me , i am a old customer of razer gold from past 2 years but why razer gold. in all my complaints the solution given to me is that please contact the app or bank on which the payment is done, I already done this , they said that the payment is successfully transferred to the razer gold but razer gold is not refunding me my money back please razer gold please do solve my problem and return my money back i have. Everything payment proofs, transactions id please don’t do this scam and give my money back to my account on which the transaction is done. Please take strict action and do something i need my money back of Rs.8135 and Rs.410
