My pc doesn't recognize my 7.1 razer kraken
Recently I have updated windows 11. Once done, my PC doesn't recognize my 7.1 headset anymore. I can hear audios, but my pc see my device as "speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)" and not as "7.1 surround sound" like before the update. Of course the 7.1 surround sound doesn't work. I tried to reinstall drivers and softwares but it doesn't solve the problem. Any solutions?
