OS: Windows 10 Pro 

Shell Extensions: Open Shell (ver. 4.4.191), MS IME 日本語 (Latest Version)

My Keyboard has been acting like this since about a year after I bought it from eBay and has now gotten worse, now I can't even type or even use hotkeys like win + r (opens Run). Strangely however, this only happens after I log in? Can someone please help? I've already racked my head around this a thousand times with no permanent solution. It's driving me bananas!
