I recently bought another razer kraken v3 after my other one stopped working and a couple days after I got it, it stopped working and I got a notification saying, “USB device not recognized: The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows did not recognize it” and I don’t know what to do

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer. If the issue still persists, then drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
