my windos 11 pc will NOT reconize my headphone and it was working fine when i uninstalled synapse but it gave up when i reinstalled synapose 3 it said no. i have pluged my headphones into a diffrent pc and they worked just fine but for some reason will not work. i have completely wiped my pc in this process and still nothing if so,ebody can send me the drivers to install that would be incredeble cuz i think that may be the fix.

What is the model of your headset? Have you tried performing the troubleshooting here? If so and the issue persists, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and provide other workarounds to fix it. All the best!
