I have verified that the Razer Kraken Pro V2 serial number is already linked to different account. To set your expectation this model is already a part of our legacy device and its warranty has expired. It would be best if you reach out to the reseller to request for a refund. For future purchases, it's a good idea to go through authorized Razer resellers. That way, you can be sure you're getting genuine. Take care for now!
