my profiles wont load whilst razor synapse is open

i have a razor huntsman mini and a razor basilisk v3 and whilst i have razor synapse open my devices profiles wont open so i am unable to use the remapping function for my mouse however when i close the app the on board profiles load which is frustrating as i need to have it open as some features are unable without it has anyone run into this and have you found a solution.
