My Razer Barracuda X Bluetooth headset microphone doesn't work!

I just bought mine an hour ago and I’m having the same problem and I needed a new headset for my ps5

I had the same problem with my Barracuda. I updated the firmware and then it worked. Now the mic has stopped working in game. It works for everything else, Discord etc

i’m having the same problem. my barracuda X can connect to my pc, i can listen everything but my pc does not detect the microphone

i figured it was te fysical button for muting the mic that was enabled, one push and it got fixed, hope this helps someone!

I can choose my mic on PC but  it wont work, i tried this with the mutebutton  but it doesnt help, anyone a idea?

I have same issue with Barrracuda headset , when i connect them by bluetooth i have issue that they dont have michropone at all, when i connect them with USB - C dong then they have michrophone but its problematic with discord. I have to plug in and plug off and reapeat it in 5-10 min ,to make my voice is good again, beacuse i think its maybe connector problem inside of plug in hole.

My barracuda x headphones do not connect to blue tooth no matter what i try so I have been using the usb c plug to use the headphones the mic and everything was working well now the mic is all static  and you can’t hear me so  I need some help it’s for work and it’s putting me behind if anyone can help please thank you

Hello everyone, I've been bothering you recently.Razer Barracuda X Chroma Edition 2025 HeadphonesJust bought this headset.. When switching between mobile phones and computers, it occasionally loses connection, and then the microphone is invalid (I have tried the button switch but it doesn't work, and then I reconnect the headset and it still doesn't work) = the microphone still has no sound, and the headset switch is also invalid. Later, the original test found that the driver software Razer software may have an impact, but the software above is to "turn on" the microphone, I don't know why it is still muted, and later I deleted the software and it still doesn't work properly. Every time the microphone loses connection, I have to unplug the USB interface to restore it to normal. Does anyone know how to solve it (switch to the Bluetooth part of the mobile phone voice) The low frequency is normal (computer lost connection)

Hello. My headset microphone doesn´t work properly. It is the microphone from the Barracuda X. I followed all the steps in the instruction’s sheet, but It doesn´t seem to work.

So I was having this issue on PS5. Check to see if the BT / 2.4 button on the left ear cup is turned on. 

My PS5 would recognize the input but not play sound because that button wasn't activated. 

I downloaded the firmware updater, but it crashes out after connecting with dongle and headphones. It also powers down for no reason frequently. Any suggestions?
