My Razer Barracuda X Bluetooth headset microphone doesn't work!

I had the same problem with my Barracuda. I updated the firmware and then it worked. Now the mic has stopped working in game. It works for everything else, Discord etc

I downloaded the firmware updater, but it crashes out after connecting with dongle and headphones. It also powers down for no reason frequently. Any suggestions? 

 

Also, the microphone doesn’t work even though it is selected in windows and is unmuted.

Hey, I also just got the Barracuda X and for a short while it was working fine but the next day it wasn’t detecting any microphone so if anyone has a solution pls let me know, thnx
