My Razer Barracuda x Chroma Won't light up

My girlfriend just bought me a Razer Barracuda x Chroma headset to replace my old busted pair of Astros. My issue is that when I turn them on, they light up briefly and then fade to no light at all. I checked my Chroma settings as well as my Synapse settings and they all seem fine; I even uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 4, as well as deleted and repaired my headset. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated

    Hey, not sure if this is going to be of any help but after hours of being in the same situation as you, what fixed it for me to get the RGB back on was to click that bottom button on the headset 3 times, the button that is in between the aux port and the usb port. I believe then function of the button is to change game modes but when you click that button 3 times really fast it seems to be an on/off switch for the RGB located on the side of headset, hope this helps!

        Thanks for sharing this! I thought there was something wrong with my headset, but pressing the button three times actually brought the RGB lighting back. Hopefully this helps other people who run into the same issue.
