My razer barracuda x doesnt pair anymore with the dongle | Razer Insider

I have bought this headset 8 months ago and they worked perfectly unitl now.My pc recognise the device but the dongle and the headset do not pair. If I connect the headset throught the 3.5mm wire it connects the audio but not the microphone.The haeadset is charged.

I have tried :the razer headset pairing utility and an error pops up , the windows troubleshooter and updating bluetooth drivers.

If anyone knows how to fix it pls tell me

 

Update: I have tried pluging the dongle to other devices and dont work neither
