My Razer Barracuda X headphones are presenting a slight buzzing noise and turning off without completing the programmed 15 minutes. I have had them for approximately 31 days since I bought them. They stay on as long as they are emitting a sound either on the PC or on the phone. I tried to change the settings through the mobile application, but they continue to turn off when there is no sound. Even with the battery at full capacity, it presents the same problem.

  1. I did a check via Bluetooth and yes, the distance with the device is acceptable, the battery is fully charged and it continues to present the buzzing noise and turns off after 1 minute.
  2. I tried disconnecting and connecting the headphones from the Bluetooth device and also through the dongle in addition to verifying the pairings, but it continues to present the buzzing noise and turns off after 1 minute.
  3. I have tried with other equipment and devices and it continues to present the same fault.

For Cracking noises use
USB-A to USB-C Extender (1.5m)

For easy access and systems without a USB-C port

From ChatGPT

Reduce Wireless Interference

Wireless devices can be affected by interference from other 2.4 GHz devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless peripherals).

Reposition the dongle: Use a USB extension cable to move the dongle away from your computer or other USB devices to reduce interference.

I was very frustrated with crackling and other annoying sounds while playing Fortnite and watching videos on YouTube. This problem persisted even after resetting my PC. Finally, I thought let's try asking ChatGPT, ChatGPT suggested a lot of points, but only this one worked for me.

In my case, my PCB Type C I/O port is very close to the Wifi and Bluetooth antennas. Maybe their frequency or signal interferes with the Razer 2.4 GHz dongle. So following ChatGPT suggestion I used a USB-A to USB-C extender for the Razer 2.4 Ghz dongle and it worked for me.
