my razer barracuda X mic isn’t working but my speakers are working just fine

Please bear with me for a bit.  Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable workarounds that might address the mic issue.

1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.

2. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.

3. Expand "Audio inputs and outputs".

4. Right-click on the Razer headset.

5. Select "Uninstall device".

6. Restart the computer. The drivers are automatically installed after the restart.
