I have a Basilisk V3, and yesterday I started running into some issues in regard with my macros. They would still work but would start buffering when pressing a key on my keyboard, making the macro inconsistent. However, that being said, thats not what is the biggest problem I am having. Today, I cant have any software active across my computer from razer as it stops my mouse from working entirely. cant move, click, scroll, or anything else. I have to unplug my mouse and replug it in to have it be active for about a second or so multiple times so I can close the software and have it working again. What is the cause of this? is it a software issue on razers end? is it my mouse’s problem? maybe even my MOBO? all software is freshly installed too after I had the problems start. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Update: still the same issues whatever I try, but when using my old basilisk v2, it works perfectly fine

Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
