My mouse was working fine the other day until I get a notification that the battery is low, so I charged it for like an hour and now it won’t reconnect to the dongle, I tried everything from looking up on YouTube to see what can be resolve to checking the firmware update and it’s still won’t reconnect.

I understand that your Razer Basilisk Ultimate has stopped working wirelessly. Could you please let me know via PM if the dongle is detected in your device manager? Also, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
