My Razer Basilisk Ultimate wont work wirelessly with the dongle

I'm not sure when it started to happen but one morning I woke up and I tried to use it wirelessly and it just didn't work. I've tried to see if it was just my computer but after trying it on 3 other computers I figured out it was the mouse. I've updated the mouse, I've installed/reinstalled razer synapse, and tried to repair it using the razer mouse pair utility but no luck. I figured out that my computer and razer synapse show the mouse when the dongle is in but I cant do anything and it only works when it is connected wirelessly. I gave up after trying for a while and now I'm trying to fix it again and I wanted to know if there was a way to fix it or is my mouse broken. Thank you
