My Razer Basilisk v2 Wont Work

I recently got a Razer Basilisk v2 For Christmas and i plugged it in and it didn't turn on. I checked to see if windows Even recognized it and It didn't everything that I've tried had no effect The only time something worked was if i held down the profile button which then as soon as it turned on immediately turned off again and i haven't found a single thing on the Entire Internet that has done anything and i don't want to go through a 5 hour drive back to Best buy can someone or something please help? Also the usb slots were fine because i used a razer huntsman elite to test those slots I'm currently having to use a mouse as old or even older than me.
