In the last week or so my razer basilisk x hyperspeed started acting funky and it was disconecting from my pc every 10-15 minutes and now it suddenly stopped working. Theres absolutely no red light under and nothing is glowing , the PC sees it but synapse doesnt and it just doesnt work. I tried reinstalling synapse and since i dont have bluetooth theres no way of me using it . Does someone know how i should try fixing it?

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
