I bought razer blakcshark v2 x headphones, but I can't get the 7.1 sound activation code due to the fact that the product is already registered, what should I do if I didn't register anything?

IM having the same issue, i think razer should not include serial number in the outside of the box because ppl just go and steal it to register as theirs
